1. Service Overview

QuantumDraw is a digital lottery platform operated by Tattersall's Sweeps Pty Ltd (ACN 081 925 498) under Victorian Public Lottery Licence. We provide online lottery services to eligible Victorian residents aged 18 and over.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Victoria, Australia
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be self-excluded from gambling activities

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Draw Participation

4.1 Number Selection

Participants must select 5 numbers from 1 to 50. Each entry constitutes a separate participation in the draw.

4.2 Entry Deadlines

Entries must be submitted before the published draw closure time. Late entries will be automatically entered into the next available draw.

4.3 Draw Results

All draws are conducted using certified random number generation systems. Results are final and cannot be disputed once published.

5. Prizes and Payouts

Prize tiers are as follows:

• Division 1: Match 5 numbers - Jackpot prize
• Division 2: Match 4 numbers - $25,000
• Division 3: Match 3 numbers - $500
• Division 4: Match 2 numbers - $25

Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and allocated to future prize pools.
